Are you passionate about cheerleading? Do you have a knack for motivating young athletes and fostering a positive, energetic environment? HF United is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic coaches to lead our team and help develop the next generation of cheerleaders!
About the Program:
Our recreational cheerleading program is designed for children ages 6 to 14, offering a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where kids can learn the fundamentals of cheerleading, teamwork, and sportsmanship. With a focus on building confidence, physical fitness, and cheer skills, our team is a place for children to grow both as athletes and individuals.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous cheerleading or coaching experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome coaches of all experience levels who are eager to work with young athletes.
- Enthusiasm: A positive attitude, a love for cheerleading, and the ability to inspire and motivate kids.
- Team Player: The ability to work collaboratively with other coaches and parents to create a fun and supportive environment.
- Commitment: We are looking for coaches who can commit to practices, games, and competitions (dates to be determined).
Responsibilities:
- Lead practices focused on developing cheer skills, stunts, routines, and team dynamics.
- Promote teamwork, leadership, and good sportsmanship.
- Attend scheduled team events and competitions.
- Provide individualized attention to athletes as they develop their skills.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
